This 12-month coaching journey with Disciples Made will elevate your disciple-making strategy, catalyzing a 25% increase in spiritual impact and raising up 1–2 new disciple-makers out of every 10 trained. You’ll be equipped to multiply leaders through influence-level cohorts (IDEs) and create a culture of transformation that lasts.

THE PROCESS

Learn Your Goals & Establish 12 Month Plan

• Complete assessments that help us understand your culture

• Engage a two-hour mission mapping session to learn your dreams

• Receive a one-year coaching plan to build a disciple-multiplication culture and develop leaders that will build that culture with you.

Orient & Inspire Your Key Leaders

• Help you choose ideal people to join you in the culture change

• Lead three two-hour Virtual Immersive Training sessions with those leaders that is custom tailored to your goals

  • On-site Option: Friday night & Saturday day on-site training (add $Travel)

Digital Resources & Monthly Cohort Coaching

• Access to comprehensive resources in Fully Alive app

• Access to an exclusive community of 300 like-minded leaders

• Access to the GPS Gold Kit & Database to track members

• Monthly Cohorts for up to five leaders from your immersive

• Cohorts are 3-5 churches with a coach

• Focus: Developing leaders & shaping discipleship culture

THE TIMELINE

• Step 1: Plan / 1 Week

  • One 2-hour Mission Mapping Call to assess, clarify, and dream

• Step 2: Orientation / 4 Weeks

  • Three 2-hour Integration Coaching Sessions as you access and begin use of Digital Training Resources

• Step 3: Execution / 9 Months

  • Nine 1.25-hour Monthly Virtual Cohort Coaching Sessions as you lead your initial Influence Disciple-making Cohorts

  • One 1-hour Review & Next Steps Planning Session
