From clarity to implementation

Your Mission Map identified where you want to go. Now your leaders need to know how to lead there.

That is the role of Integration Coaching.

Together, we take the priorities and opportunities your team has identified and introduce the disciple-making frameworks, pathways, tools, and leadership practices that can help bring them to life in your church.

What Integration Coaching does

Prepare your leaders to pioneer the culture you want to see.

This is more than exposure to a set of resources. Your team gains the shared understanding needed to make wise decisions about how disciple-making will take shape in your context.

01

Build shared conviction

Develop a deeper, biblical understanding of discipleship, transformation, character, calling, and what it means for people to live Fully Alive.

02

Build a pathway

Explore how intentional disciple-making environments can connect what your church already does into a clearer pathway of Explore, Develop, and Influence.

03

Prepare to multiply

Identify how you can begin developing spiritual influencers who make disciples, reproduce leaders, and help disciple-making become part of your culture.

Church leaders participating in a Disciples Made Integration Coaching session

Integration Coaching brings key leaders into the same conversation—creating space to learn together, wrestle with the right questions, and build shared direction for disciple-making.

The coaching experience

Three sessions. One connected journey.

Each two-hour session builds on the one before it, moving your team from vision to practical preparation for implementation.

Session 1 2 hours

Re-Envisioning Discipleship

Establish a shared understanding of spiritual transformation through Intimacy & Influence, Character & Calling, and a clearer definition of the outcomes worth pursuing and measuring.

Session 2 2 hours

Intentional Disciple-Making Environments

Move from disconnected programs toward an intentional disciple-making pathway and explore environments that help people Explore Jesus, Develop character and calling, and grow in Influence.

Session 3 2 hours

Preparing for Multiplication

See how spiritual influencers are developed, how disciple-makers can reproduce themselves through the R.A.I.S.E. process, and what it could look like to begin multiplication in your church.

The deeper work

Think differently before asking your church to act differently.

Sustainable culture change begins with leaders who share the same picture of what a disciple is, how disciples are formed, and how multiplication actually happens.

Help people know what comes next.

Rather than adding another disconnected program, your team explores how existing ministries and intentional disciple-making environments can work together to form people over time.

Explore

Can Jesus help me live Fully Alive?

Create environments that help people encounter Jesus, ask honest questions, and build trust in Him.

Develop

How do I start living Fully Alive?

Form the habits, character, calling, and rhythms that increasingly shape a life around Jesus.

Influence

How do I help others live Fully Alive?

Mobilize disciples to use their formed character and clarified calling to make disciples and multiply their influence.

What your team leaves with

Not every answer. Much greater clarity.

By the end of Integration Coaching, your leaders should understand both the big picture and the practical pieces well enough to make thoughtful decisions about what to implement next.

A shared language for discipleship, transformation, character, calling, and impact.
Greater clarity about how your existing ministries can contribute to an intentional disciple-making pathway.
Familiarity with Disciples Made environments, tools, and resources your team may choose to integrate.
A clearer picture of how to begin developing and multiplying spiritual influencers.
Greater confidence about your next 12 months and the level of ongoing coaching that would best support implementation.

Bring your questions. Bring your context. Push back when you need to.

Some of the language, frameworks, and strategies may feel unfamiliar. We welcome thoughtful dialogue. The goal is not for your church to copy another church's model, but to discern how biblical disciple-making principles can take root in your particular ministry context.

Is your team ready?

Designed for leaders ready to move from intention toward implementation.

Your leaders want disciple-making to become part of your church's culture—not simply another ministry offering.
You are willing to examine how people are currently being formed and where greater intentionality may be needed.
Key leaders are willing to learn together, ask hard questions, and make decisions together.
You want a practical pathway from your current reality toward greater disciple mobilization and multiplication.
