Understand Your Current Reality
Before Mission Mapping, participating leaders complete the Disciple Multiplication Capacity Assessment. Together, we'll review the patterns, strengths, tensions, and opportunities your team's responses reveal.
Re-Envision Disciple-Making
We'll introduce several frameworks that help your team rethink how disciples are formed—including developing both character and calling, moving people from Explore → Develop → Influence, and distinguishing participation from intentional disciple-making.
Identify What Needs to Change
Together, we'll identify the cultural shifts and practical priorities that matter most—whether that's stronger leader development, more intentional environments, clearer pathways, or better alignment of ministries already in place.
See a Practical Path Forward
We'll help you see what progress over the coming year could realistically involve. Often, that means starting with a few ready leaders, strengthening what already exists, and building intentionally toward multiplication.
