Coaching Pathway
COACHING PATHWAY
Build a Disciple-Multiplying Culture
A clear, guided pathway that helps your leaders move from vision to alignment to reproducible disciple-making—without guessing what to do next.
Whether you’re exploring disciple-making for the first time or ready to multiply, this pathway shows you the right next step. These are not disconnected services. They are connected steps that help your leaders move from clarity, to alignment, to reproducible disciple-making.
Mission Mapping
Clarity before complexity
Start by getting honest about where you are, what kind of culture you are actually building, and what needs to change first.
- Alignment before activity
- Align around disciple-making priorities
- Set a focused direction for the next 12 months
Integration Coaching
Reproduction over time
Once direction is clear, we help your key leaders build the foundation for culture shift so this does not stay theoretical.
- Train leaders around a shared disciple-making vision
- Establish practical rhythms and expectations
- Prepare to launch a focused pilot the right way
Multiplication Cohort
From pilot to reproduction
This is where leaders are developed over time so disciple-making becomes reproducible, not dependent on a few people carrying the whole thing.
- Develop leaders who can disciple others
- Build reproducible rhythms and environments
- Support multiplication that can spread through culture
This isn't about buying services. It's about taking the right next step toward multiplication. Some churches begin with Mission Mapping. Others are ready for more. Either way, this page is here to help you understand the support and discern the fit.
We’re upfront about the investment. Year one is capped at $6,500 and decreases as your need for coaching declines. We invest in leaders who are hungry, humble, and ready—because multiplication shouldn’t be limited by access.
Phase 1 • Clarity Before Complexity
Mission Mapping
You don’t need more activity. You need clarity. Mission Mapping is a structured, leader-to-leader process that helps your church assess its current disciple-making culture, align key leaders, and build a customized 12-month pathway toward multiplication.
Built for Leadership Teams
Mission Mapping is designed for three to five leaders who are ready to move disciple-making from good intentions to shared direction and practical action.
Assess Your Culture
We examine your current disciple-making reality, including your greatest strengths, opportunities, and barriers.
Align Key Leaders
Three to five leaders work together to clarify direction, surface assumptions, and identify what will move the work forward.
Build a 12-Month Pathway
You leave with a customized implementation pathway and clarity about whether coaching, a Multiplication Cohort, or another next step is right.
What Your Team Will Leave With
- Honest clarity about your current disciple-making culture
- Shared alignment among the leaders who will carry the work
- A clear understanding of your greatest opportunities and barriers
- A customized 12-month pathway for moving from intention to implementation
- A faithful next decision about coaching, a Multiplication Cohort, or another appropriate path
Mission Mapping is not a casual free call or a high-pressure sales conversation. It is a structured investment in your leadership team. The goal is not to steer your church toward a predetermined solution. The goal is to help your leaders see clearly enough to make a faithful decision.
Mission Mapping Value
$750 Engagement
$0 for qualified churches
Request a brief conversation with a Disciples Made coach. We’ll learn about your church, explain the process, and determine whether your leadership team is ready for a donor-funded Mission Mapping engagement.
We’re Looking for Churches That Are
- Ready to build a disciple-making culture
- Humble enough to assess their current reality honestly
- Willing to involve three to five key leaders
- Prepared to take meaningful action in the next 12 months
The initial conversation is complimentary. Donor-funded engagements are limited and offered to qualified churches while openings remain.
Phase 2 • Alignment Into Action
Integration Coaching
Mission Mapping creates clarity. Integration Coaching turns clarity into a real, usable pathway. Through three focused sessions, we help your team re-envision discipleship, integrate Intentional Disciple-Making Environments (IDEs), and prepare to launch a disciple-making culture that can actually reproduce.
This is the right next step for churches that already see the need for multiplication and need shared language, real alignment, and practical readiness to launch well.
Re-envision Discipleship
Align on what disciple-making is, what “Fully Alive” means, and what transformation you’re actually pursuing: character × calling = impact.
Intentional Environments
Clarify the disciple-making journey in your context and map how Explore, Develop, and Influence-level experiences work together to move people forward.
Prepare for Multiplication
Get practical: prepare for an Influence-level launch like Followers Made, orient to Fully Alive and GPS tools, and set next steps your team can actually execute.
What Your Team Gains
- Three 2-hour coaching sessions with your key leaders
- Pathway clarity for how disciples move from exploring Jesus to developing character and calling to influencing others
- Launch readiness through invitations, leadership rhythms, and practical next steps
Integration Coaching is not theory. It’s a working session with your team to reduce friction, increase alignment, and build a disciple-making pathway your church can actually sustain.
Investment
$2,500 Integration Coaching
In some cases, we provide full or partial subsidy through discernment after conversation. We never want finances to be the reason a ready team stays stuck—yet we also steward scholarships wisely.
Best For Churches Who
Have clarity on the need for multiplication, have leaders ready to own the work, and want a practical pathway—not another program—in the next 12 months.

Phase 3 • Practice Into Reproduction
Disciple Multiplication Cohort
A monthly coaching cohort for disciple-makers who are actively leading and ready to multiply. This experience helps leaders sharpen their skills, expand their impact, and build cultures where disciples don’t just grow—they reproduce.
This is the right next step for leaders who are already leading and need coaching, accountability, and a reproducible framework to multiply disciple-makers over time.
The Journey
Intentional Disciple-Maker
Move from small-group leadership to intentional disciple-making by learning the habits, rhythms, and IDE recipe that produce transformation and mission.
Disciple-Multiplier
Strengthen your ability to reproduce disciple-makers by raising and coaching new leaders as disciples begin investing in others.
Movement Catalyst
Build durable systems and leadership pipelines that sustain multiplication beyond one cohort so the movement continues without you carrying it alone.
What Leaders Gain
- Your top 3–5 leaders join a monthly coaching cohort guided by experienced disciple-making coaches
- Mobilize (Goal: 100%) — participants living out Christ-like character and calling on mission
- Multiply (Goal: 20%) — R.A.I.S.E. select participants to lead new disciple-making environments
This is not content delivery. It’s coaching, accountability, and momentum for leaders who are actively leading and reproducing.
Investment
$1,500 per phase
Each phase builds on the last and meets leaders where they are in the multiplication journey. In some cases, we provide full or partial subsidy through discernment after conversation. We value generosity—and we steward it carefully so support accelerates ownership, not dependence.
Monthly Huddle (75 Minutes)
Focused Coaching + Peer Accountability
Each month includes practical best practices, chapter discussion with ministry application, and space for goal-setting, problem-solving, and prayer with leaders in the same phase.
Multiplication Scorecard
Each cohort uses a simple scorecard to track mobilization, multiplication, and leadership development over time. The scorecard isn’t about grading—it’s about clarity and discernment as leaders prepare to advance to the next phase.
Required Infrastructure
To launch and lead Influence Level Cohorts such as Followers Made, leaders use our Leadership Resources Plan. This shared operating system provides the training, tools, and rhythms that keep multiplication reproducible—not personality-driven.
